How to check if anybody made voting in appropriate images ???

I have gallery and everybody upload images to the only one album.
Next I did only registered users can make voting for this images.

And for voting I gave only 2 week ( 14 days) for each images after uploading on the server.
And I wonder how to check who was voting already or who no voting in any time up now ???
