ftp upload problem

This function allows you to add a batch of file that your have uploaded to your server by FTP.

Select the directory where you have uploaded your files"
but there is no directory....I try to upload pics to /albums/userpics/10001 folder, but no nothing happens.

You should not be uploading to userpics. That is for users to upload. As admin, you create folders in the albums folder.
