Installed but now it only stays on the install page ?

I just installed 1.32 and it went fine, but it keeps going back to the install page ?
And I get "The installer is locked"
I have installed it many times before as a test so I can combine it with my SMF but now its not playing nice
I used my SMF DB and added the new extension and even tried another install and named a new extension.
So now I have 2 added extensions on my SMF DB

After deleting the install I get this below

"Not Found
The requested URL /CPG/install.php was not found on this server."

So how do I delete these added sql DB extensions ? cpg132_ & cpg132b_
And what the heck happened ?

EDIT:
Seems I had some permission issues with WS_FTP since it would not change the file permissions right ( crap software )
Did a fresh install and it works now, but
Can I remove the new tables in my DB without damage ? cpg132_ & cpg132b_ from the first bad install ?

You can remove the tables of the bad install. Make sure you delete the correct one. Backup just in case.
