Installation Query

I've d/l a copy of 1.3.2 (from sourceforge.net) and I am currently uploading it onto my webspace.

The Documentation says:
CHMOD the folders albums and include to 755

But the .zip file I d/l doesn't seem to have these folders included with it. Do I have to create them myself?

You have to properly extract the zip file. Sometimes if you just open the zip, all the files will be in the same folder instead of in their respective folders.
