Read but cant figure out

Ok, I read both of the topics I needed to and searched around for the answer but its driving me insane.
I have over 101 pictures I need to add, and 5 files at a time is to slow, so I have to batch add, but when i click it it says what folder and thats all.

What is needed to be chmodded to 777 and where do I put it
and
How much should (and how) I have to upload these 101 files, there over a meg each and are 4 megapixel, so you can imagine the size.

Please help.

Where did you upload the pics. Guessing you used the latest stable version you have a folder named Albums which holds to other folder Useralbums and Edit (if memory serves me correctley). Open the folder Albums via ftp and make a folder and named the way you want it. Chmod that folder to 777 and make sure the folder Albums is likewise 777 and all subfolders as well.

Check the config page, towards the bottom there is a section which handles where CM gets the pics from. Album map should say "albums/"

Reading the manuall that comes with CM helps as well.

Ok, I uploaded and ch modded, I haven't tried to batch add yet, because I have 74ish megs to add at once, questions though

How do I and do I need to do something to my memory or something? Also, do I still get to add info etc. to the files?

Hey, thanks so much, it added all 84 pictures without a hitch, this should also help the others that had my problem.
