Upload Problem

Hi,

I have just moved my coppermine install to a new server. All files copied accross, database installed fine and everything appears ok until a user attempts to upload something.

I have trawled through pages pages and pages of this error on the support forum but nothing has helped. If anyone can see the error from the detail below please let me know, it would be much appreciated.

I have checked permissions (tried both 775 and 777) for all album folders (inclusive)

Hi,

I enabled Silly Safe Mode and everthing now works.

Can someone explain to me what silly safe mode does and why it has made the install work?
