Having Problems Uploading The Images

I try uploading images but when I move them in an album I keep where is says results it has the box with an x in it and when i click that box with the x in it i get this error message

Warning: getimagesize(): Read error! in /home/www/images8.coconia.net/include/picmgmt.inc.php on line 226
Unable to create thumbnail or reduced size image

but i still have plenty of space to upload images on the host so why am i getting this message
