The right to be a moderator :

- edit / suppr a comment ( or not, the admin can choose if this is enable or not )
- edit / suppr a picture ( or not, the admin can choose if this is enable or not )
- edit / suppr a galery ( or not, the admin can choose if this is enable or not )
