Settings for front page

In an older version of coppermine, there was an option to not vieuw the last uploaded files and random pictures, and i also want to remove the ratings, and also the Categorie on top of the page where can i find these settings becouse i did not find them in congfiguration, my photoalbum is in ducht but you can call the names where i can find them in english if you like
