Fresh Coppermine/SMF install bridge?

Was wondering what would be the best (easiest) way to go about installing a fresh install of coppermine and SMF forum integration.  I tried searching but couldn't find anything except if you already had a populated database.

the steps for bridging don't differ if you have a fresh install of the both apps. Just make sure that both apps are up-and-running on their own, then do the bridging as suggested in the docs.
