Upload approval

Hi

When registered user upload files they cn upload to public files. My problem is when the aministrator must approve upload I get message "Invalid action for form creation"

Invalid action for form creation

Any guidance?

get a fresh copy of the file and replace the one on your server.

I've got the same problem after adding 2 extra custom-fields. Everything works fine, but upload-approval doesn't
