Uploading Error on line 1197??

Hey all - here is the error I am getting.  I have absolutely no idea what this means, or how to fix it.

Does anyone have any suggestions or solutions??  Any help is greatly appreciated

CHMOD albums/edit to 777/755 !

Thanks so much!  I hadn't thought to change it to 777 since it was already at 755
