sorry i cannot find it - how do i send a mass email to all my users??

You cannot, coppermine does not have such facility, and it will not be added to the core code.

There is/was a hack to add this, in the modifications board, not sure what version it is for, please search there.
It has been a long time now since I did my little bit here, and have done no coding or any other such stuff since. I'm back to being a noob here
