I can't upload new pictures in my gallery.Becuase when i go to the "Upload File",I can't send the picture,And the gallery say me errors:

Warning: is_dir(): Stat failed for ./albums/edit/. (errno=13 - Permission denied) in /home/toxic/public_html/galeria/upload.php on line 432

Warning: filemtime(): Stat failed for ./albums/edit/. (errno=13 - Permission denied) in /home/toxic/public_html/galeria/upload.php on line 440

Warning: unlink(./albums/edit/.): Permission denied in /home/toxic/public_html/galeria/upload.php on line 453

and when I send new pics by the Upload File,after this,The BOX say me that Is Impossible to Move and apresent me errors:
