Copper Mine Modification Pull top rated image onto web page

I need to pull the thunmbnal image from a top rated picture from a specific gallery onto a non-gallery web page.  The web page is a php page.  I also would like to pull the rating and star graphics as well.  I need a pretty quick time frame.  This is paid work range $10-40.  Will lead to futur work on same site.

the most simple way is to write 19 lines of code and import one function from CPG

I have to agree with foulu... the simplest way would be to include the 4 lines of code below.
