Change Startpage lookout

whats the name of the file, that i have to edit for changing tke lookout from the startpage ?
I would like to place a picture and a link to my homepage.

Not sure what you mean by "lookout". Might you be French? We have a French board.

I would like to merge on the starting side a banner and to insert a left to my homepage

I guess you want to add a banner on the top.

Search the board for custom header. Edit themes/yourtheme/template.html to change or add some static text or banner.
