3 Problems (mail, rate and database query)

1. my site is here:

and I made it today public and since I have this (sometimes):

Fatal error : There was an error while processing a database query

2. mail
on my server I need an X-FW-MailID
and than I can use forgot passwd, and registration with validate by mail and E-cards (I need all this functions...)
I must put somewhere this code:

3. If I rate an picture, I go for example on 4 stars and than I get a blank site, what should I do to get this to working???

Pls help me to solve this 3 problems...
