Messed up my default user groups

I was working on bridging smf with cpg, and didn't have time to make it work how I wanted, so I have done away with the bridge.  Everything works fine, except I believe I went and changed the default groups, as well as adding a couple during this brigding process.  I cannot find which file I need to edit to change these back to normal.  If anyone can steer me in the right direction, that would be ever-so-helpful.  Also, if i need to make database changes also, please let me know.

When I try to change the names in the group manager interface, they just revert.
