Having this problem for a while.

I have been in the process of developing a website for the past two months and one of our features is our photo album. We're up to 786 photos but we keep on running into a problem.

I tried searching these forums but couldn't find anything that helped my problem so I hope I can get the advice I'm seeking for. My domain and hosting are signed up with www.web.com.

The problem is once I upload photos it will go to the screen "Successful Uploads - - 10 uploads were successful. - - Please click 'Continue' to add the files to albums." But once I click continue nothing happens.

I emailed web.com with this problem and they said to increase mysql "quota" size. I increased it by double even though it said 0.0 MB was being used.

If anyone can help I would be extremely grateful. My staff and I have put so much time, work, and effort into this site and this coppermine/mysql problems needs to be fixed.

First, as an admin you shouldn't be using the web uploads - you should read the batch add instructions in the documentation.

Second, what do you mean "nothing happens"?  Blank page?  Page just sits there?

Third, switch to single file uploads, enable debug mode, and try uploading a single image.  You should also create a test user and post the username/password here with the url of your site.  Not an admin account, just a standard user account.

1.) I will take your advice. I just read the online manual about that and will begin that method once this problem is fixed.

2.) Once I select continue the loading bar will show up at the bottom right toolbar and then just dispear.

3.) I created the user: test, password: testuser, domain is www.images-pointxtreme.com . Debug mode for everyone or just admin?

Everyone if you want me to attempt an upload, or you can do it for just the admin and then do the single file upload yourself and post the error message.  Make sure you change the Upload form configuration in the groups panel for registered and/or admin to single file upload.

That's debug output - we need the actual error message, like an ImageMagick error message, some sort of upload error message, etc.  I also tried going to your site, but "www.images-pointxtreme.com could not be found"
