Changing First Table Width (classic)

I'm trying to change the width of the first table within the classic theme. It also has 20 pixels of cellspacing. I want to change all that but I canot seem to find where to change it. I been browing through the stylesheet and theme.php fer over 2 hours.

Someone point me in the right direction?
