Upload Limit and Uploaded Pictures are uploaded in User Galleries

Is there a limit by default.. hmm.. if the user has uploaded many pictures, he/she might not be able to upload? I didn't setup a limit like that... Also, when the user is uploading pictures, the pictures are automatically moved to the User Galleries not in it's appopriate Category/Album ... I am using Coppermine 1.3 ... here's the website http://www.abs-cbn.ph.tc

the limit is called "quota" and is set per group on the "groups" page. We have a "one question per thread" policy. User uploads go int user galleries unless you create public albums and allow users to upload there as well both in the groups page and the album's properties. Please read the documentation.
