Why can I not log in?

I did not know where to post this; my version is 1.4.1.  I go to login and I get "could not logon; try again".  I click on "Forgot Password" and enter my email address, and it says Selected User does not Exist.

Is this a common problem, or is there a way to find out if perhaps I have my username incorrect?

There's no support for cpg1.4.1, as it is still in beta stage. Use the most recent stable cpg1.3.3 if you need support. Marking this thread as "invalid".
