Reclaiming some space at the top of the page

I'm running a frames page, and I don't need the logo with the link. Therefore I would like to reclaim some of the empty space at the top of the overall header.

As you can see  there's quite a lot of white space, and I'd judt kinda like to move things up a bit. Any ideas....?
