add extra information box after posting a comment/rating a picture

i would like to have an extra information box appear after you post a comment or rate a picture. is this possible? I hope someone can help me with this

possible: yes. Without further details, I can't tell you more. If it's dynamic data (that has to go into the database), it's not that easy to accomplish though.
