menus missing

I upgraded from 132 then i bridged with mybb. the problem is that i cant upload meaning that the button is missing Upload
or for regular users there is not Create/order my albums. Also the rating sustem is gone i cant rate files. even with the classic theme

Check your groups settings.

There is no support for 1.4. If this is supposed to be a bug report you need to provide full information on your setup with relevent links and a test account.
