Users can only pick from their album

I have a problem when users upload a pic they can only pick from their album.

Make sure you have allowed uploads into the other albums in album properties and check your settings ion the groups page.

I figured it out.  I am using the memberlist from my PHPBB forum.  In the albums, I had visitors could not upload.  I did not notice the * which means depending on the groups.
