Can i use include or how to edit this font. HELP

I'ce been trying diffrent ways to php include a page to use as a main menu but it will not work for me. I also would like to edit the fint/color style for the top menu to a white color. I have edited everything i can think of on the css and nothing seems to work. What can I do?!?

That text is partly topmenu a and partly default a. Follow the custom header/footer instructions in the docs and post if you have a specific problem.
