Move position of file information when displaying an image

Hello,

At the moment, when I display an image my page is layed out like this:

Image
Rate this file
File information
Add your comment
Footer

Could anybody tell me how I can get the "file information" section to display above the "rate this file" section?

Thanks very much.  I didn't find that when I did a search as I typed "information" instead of "info"   Thanks agin!
