Thumbnail Captions Only Appearing in some Galleries

I have thumbnail captions and title turned on, but they only show up in one of the galleries?

How can I show the title and caption(from filename) on all the pics in my galleries?

I just browsed your site cursory - it appears that the thumbs that don't have a caption are perfectly OK, they just don't have a caption set for the actual image. Example:  http://www.hawaiianplantationspa.com/gallery/displayimage.php?pos=-228

P.S. It appears that you haven't specified the "link to gallery" in coppermine's config. Do so now, it's mandatory. Should be http://www.hawaiianplantationspa.com/gallery in your case
