EXIF cannot be read?

Hi,

I just installed Coppermine 1.3.3 ... and trying to upload the file, but somehow cannot read the EXIF info
with the same file ... I can use  jhead and read the data

my php is compiled with fine, becuase I can use another software to read the EXIF data from same file

any suggestion?
