Error in Index file

I have installed the gallery. I can login to my admin are by going directly to login.php. but i m receving an error in my index.php file.Plz cheak this URl

and tell me how can i fix this error.

Did you modify index.php with some editor? If yes, get a fresh copy from the downloads package here.
