Thumbnail for Video Files

I have a question that I would like to be answered before I install Gallery 

I noticed in the demo you can upload video files (great!) However, the image for the video file seems to be a rather plain looking default image. Is there a way that you can upload your own picture for each video file...or are you forced to use the same default one?

I only just realized I should have posted my thread in the "General Discussion" area rather than the "Support" forum. I apologize for this (it was extremely early in the morning).
