Default index page layout

Greetings,
My gallery is at http://www.ulujain.org/george/index.php
In config I've altered the view list to be breadcrumb/alblist/catlist/lastup,3 and it's not doing what I expected.
I want it to look like this http://www.ulujain.org/george/index.php?cat=10001

I've experimented with all sorts of /alblist/catlist ordering but nothing seems to work.

Yes, I have RTFM'ed and searched and got nothing relevant.

This looks to me like a problem caused by your theme changes.  I'm unable to check as you have removed the classic theme from the themes folder.

I suggest you re-install the classic theme, and see if that works as expected.  It also helps supporters to check these things.  The 2 things that should always be left on are the classic theme and the english.php lang file.

I put the classic theme back. Made no difference. Even if I switch it to Classic, I still get the same view.

I see the problem: you have nested categories.  You have

Visuals => ulujain => Your three albums

You aren't getting any thumbnails on the index page because there are no first level albums to pull from.  If you move your albums to the visuals category things should work.

Yep, I see what I did wrong. Since I'm the only one who'll be ever using the gallery, I've deleted the categories altogether and as they say in the classics, life is peachy.
