pictures dont download from a camp site that all parents have access too

this is the worst run program i have ever seen. i am a parent whose camp stupidly decided to use this company for their pictures. they dont download properly, and if they do, we get a box with no picture, try to click on the box anfd we lose the site.
its pathetic. please help them or help us.

We are not a company. If your camp has difficulty setting up Coppermine then they would need to come and get support themselves.

When you get robbed by someone wearing sneakers, would you sue Nike? You should post a link to the site you're refering to, maybe we can give you a hint...
