1 random picture on mainpage

Hi,

What i would like is 1 random picture on my mainpage. You can choose the option of random images on your mainpage in the configuration, but you can only choose how many rows of random thumbnails you want.
I only want 1 random picture on my mainpage with another size as the thumbnails.

Does anybody know how to do this?
