Random photo display on another web page...how?

Hi Guys,

I'd like to display one random picture at a time (perhaps updating in an iframe at certain time intervals...) from my gallery on another web page (e.g. my main home page).

How can I display a random photo from the gallery on another page?  My web pages are *.php.  [By the way, I can use Movable Type too).
