Should it be limited to show pictures only owned by a user's own pictures?

If not so, one can put in an album keyword and show others' pictures.

we have a feature freeze for cpg1.4.x, so this could possibly not go into it, as it would be an extra feature imo. Should I move this to "feature requests"?
