Disable user galleries all together?

I don't want my users maintaining other galleries on my site. I want them to upload to the main categories and that's it. How can I disable user galleries? OR perhaps replace the list of user galleries, with a "sort of usergallery" displaying only what the user has uploaded into the general categories and albums defined by me?

You can disable user galleries by using the groups page.
