mod_paypal-shop and rating feature

Would like to add rating feature as a product to Mod paypal-shop.

Basically, visitors would pay thru paypal to rate pictures.

As can be seen by this last request for comments, I rephrase the question to clarify how the feature desired could be implemented.  I provided more information to facilitate discussions!
