Can I use Coppermine to host adult images? How can I have it to where people have to pay me to see the pictures after they register?

There are no restrictions on the content. There is no built-in mechanism to do what you want. You could set CPG to require admin approval. Then have some payment system you can use to receive payment before approving the registration. If you want this integrated, you might need to request help in the freelancer board.
