Getting Upload File Error, "upload.php on line 1197"

Hi,

I successfully installed Coppermine and I managed to login and config the program and setup an Album.  And as Admin I tried a few times to upload a small photo and I kept getting the error below.  Any suggestions?  http://www.adventisthelp.com/galleries

upgrade to the most recent stable version of coppermine (cpg1.3.4). Search for the error message you get, this has been asked a million times already.
