Newb upload troubles

Hi all,
I am unable to upload photos to my current Coppermine load. I have read through the posts and verified the permisions on the albums/ albums/edit and include directories are set to 777. You may visit http://photos.wisham.net uname=cwisham pw=tester Below is the erro that I receive as user and admin:

The file 'albums/userpics/10002/zacktest.jpg' can't be inserted in the album

Error executing ImageMagick - Return value: 1


Cmd line :
/usr/bin/convert -quality 80 -antialias -geometry 100x75 'albums/userpics/10002/zacktest.jpg' 'albums/userpics/10002/thumb_zacktest.jpg'



The convert program said:
convert: unable to open image `albums/userpics/10002/zacktest.jpg': Permission denied.
