i have installed latest coppermine on a new server.
done everything by the book.
this time i get the following appearing above the index.php page content:

Notice: Undefined index: PATH_TRANSLATED in C:\Inetpub\sa-alien\Formula1\PitBabes\index.php on line 21

Notice: Undefined offset: -1 in C:\Inetpub\sa-alien\Formula1\PitBabes\index.php on line 22

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at C:\Inetpub\sa-alien\Formula1\PitBabes\index.php:21) in C:\Inetpub\sa-alien\Formula1\PitBabes\themes\eyeball\theme.php on line 839

you will notice that the website root does not include the wwwroot folder, i used another called sa-alien.
you will see for yourself if you go to www.sa-alien.co.za/pitbabes/index.php
the first 2 lines, the notice lines, also appeared on top of the install.php file too.

the database tables were still created but strangely enough the pages dont know where the graphics are.
is it possible that coppermine assumes you are using wwwroot instead of asking for the correct path?

Help please

The notices are thrown by the code that tries to check if you are attempting to install coppermine inside a nuke installation. You can safely ignore the error messages.

The link you provide does not load for me.

Is this site hosted on a home computer? It's incredibly slow. The graphics do load up eventually.

Coppermine doesn't care where files are located. My local installatin works fine without mention of wwwroot. My remote one uses public_hml. Maybe it has to do with your server setup.

You should get yourself a real webhost for proper speed and setup.
