batch uplaods into private albums

users in the administrators group can do batch file uploads into registered users private albums, BUT - I cannot find where users in the administrators group have access rights to registered user's private albums to update files titles and descriptions.  How can I (as a user in the administrator's group) add titles and descriptions to files uploaded via batch uploading into private albums... without logging in as the registered user?

Like for any other album : As an admin, you can do everything.
Go on the albums page of the desired user, you'll see all his albums, with an "edit pics" button for each.
