How do i make it so my members can have unlimited uploads urgent question. :\'( ???

I have to say kegobeer that is the weakest reply I have ever heard. Don't even reply unless you have something to add. Cut and paste the link for us or something, but that was lame.

The answer is in the documentation.  My response was correct and obviously solved the issue, since no further requests for help have been posted.

When you signed up on the coppermine forum, you agreed to respect our board rules. One of them says that it's mandatory to read the docs before asking questions on the board. Subsequently, your reply was lame and uncalled for. You haven't contributed anything to this project yet, but kegobeer has contributed very much already. You're not in the position to judge about his replies.
CPG1.3.x goes unsupported anyway, so I'm locking this thread.
