I haven't heard of such a mod, or at least I can't remember. Coppermine doesn't keep track of such details. Anyway, IP addresses can be spoofed and are dynamically assigned for each session for most users - keeping track of IP addresses makes little sense in the first place. If there is a cyber feud taking place on your site I recommend temporarily disabling rating alltogether.
