Lost/Help Installing/Where Do I Upload Everything

Maybe I shouldn't be using this because I don't know any PHP but I think if I got it running it would work great for what I want.  So I have PHP-nuke on my site.  I checked all the requirements and thats all ok.  I downloaded the file and unzipped it.  I am using WS_FTP to upload my files.  Since I am knew to PHP I don't know what goes where.  I searched for help on this but found nothing.  Can anyone tell me where each folder/file goes when uploading everything?  I tried just uploading everything directly into the main folder and it put all the other folders where they should be, that didn't work.  I then tried a few other ways and none seem to work in getting anything.  I run the install and just get errors, plus nothing ever shows up in the admin screen for the Photo Album.

copy all the files in the html1.2.1 folder into the folder you have nuke in.... the folder that has header.php mainfile.php etc, keeping the full folder structure. The coppermine folder will end up in the modules folder,blocks in the block folder, upload, then follow the instructions in installlation-english.txt
If you get errors upon install STOP, copy any text on the screen to a post in this topic.

But I none of the folders are names "html1.2.1" or anything like that.  The main folder that it unzips into is called "cpg1.2.0final".  Is that the folder I should upload everything from?

You have downloaded the standalone version of cpg, not the version for nukes.
