Sorry, but looking at the source code of that link, you can see that that theme is simply a modified version of Coppermine's Classic theme.

I was thinking that also, but on this one the theme is called sapprckt

Do a board search for 'sapprckt', if it isn't here then it isn't a publicly contributed theme.
