My galleries works fine and this morning I have the message "There was an error while processing a database query"  I am not very friend with MySql and with English.

Everything OK

I  locate the <prefix>_config table and set debug_mode from 0 to 1.

That's great because the link you posted earlier doesn't display anything.. Maybe you have your site offline?
