Show in photoalbum pics without upload them ?

i want ask if is possible show pic in photoalbum without upload it,

for example if i want have this pic: http://img390.imageshack.us/img390/5818/ominopalle28jb.gif in my photoalbum and i want it will be show to all, but without upload it in my site, only redirecting link pic in photoalbum, in this way i will not load my site with a lot of space that pics ned.

I have 17800 users and if a % of them upload pic i will full my web space.

i hopw i explained fine my problem and if there is one solution

That's not possible. You'll have to add more HD space if you want to have more pics
